

Our Fees & Funding
Learning Stars is registered to support parents with the provision of funded childcare spaces. We offer funded spaces for children from 9 months up to 4 years old, for 15 or 30 hours.

The number of hours your child is entitled to, depends on your eligibility. Please see below:

9 months to 2 Years - Working Families who meet eligibility criteria, will be entitled to 30 hours of funded childcare for 38 weeks of the year. (1140 hours per year)

2 to 3 years - Children who are not eligible for the working families funding, may be eligible for 15 hours of funded childcare for 38 weeks of the year. (570 hours per year)

3 to 4 years - All children aged 3 - 4 years are entitled to 15 hours of funded childcare (570 hours per year). If the parents meet the eligibility criteria for working families, they are able to access an additional 15 hours of funded childcare per week, thus bringing the weekly entitlement to 30 hours of funded childcare per week (1140 hours per year).
Please Note, Funding starts from the term after your child turns 9 months / 3 years old and can only be applied from the start of the next term.

If you are entitled to working families funding, you will be given an 11 digit code, which must be provided to us, before your child starts. Please note, you will have to reconfirm your eligibility every three months. If you apply for funding 3 months before the term starts, you will have to reconfirm your code before the term starts, in order to keep your code valid.

Learning Stars offers fully funded spaces for eligible parents, but please note, we have limited spaces available, and therefore cannot take further applications if all spaces are filled.
